Fillers and Injectables
Botox
BOTOX® Cosmeticis a simple, nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
One 10-minute treatment—a few tiny injections— and within days there's a noticeable improvement in moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, which can last up to 4 months. Results may vary.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium, which reduces the activity of the muscles that cause those frown lines between the brows to form over time. It blocks signals from the nerve to muscle therefore the injected muscle can no longer contract, which causes the wrinkles to relax and soften.

BOTOX® Cosmeticwas approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2002 for the temporary treatment of moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people ages 18 to 65, and almost 3.3 million procedures were performed in 2005 alone.
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery ranked BOTOX® Cosmetic as the most popular physician-administered aesthetic procedure in the United States for the fourth year in a row (surgical and nonsurgical combined).

Restylane
Restylane is an injectable gel which should always administered by a trained, medically qualified practitioner.
Restylane enhances your natural looks by restoring your skin’s volume, creating softness and revitalizing your appearance.
How it works
Youthful skin is rich in hyaluronic acid. As we age, the distribution and function of hyaluronic acid in our skin gradually change, leading to the characteristic signs of aging.
Restylane gels work by enhancing your skin’s own stocks of hyaluronic acid, directly adding volume to either soften the signs of aging or enhance your features.
The procedure is quick. It usually takes less than 30 minutes. The benefits can be seen immediately.
Restylane is safe
Restylane safety and efficacy is proven beyond a doubt, with robust clinical data spanning a decade. Adverse reactions to Restylane are rare.
Restylane is natural
The uniquely produced hyaluronic acid gel of Restylane closely resembles natural hyaluronic acid. This reduces the risk of an inflammatory reaction or other side effects.
Restylane is long lasting but not permanent
Restylane gives you flexibility and control over your looks. Because your face changes shape as you age, you want to avoid a permanent look you might regret in years to come.
Restylane is nonanimal
In contrast to some other hyaluronic acid-based products, the hyaluronic acid in Restylane is not extracted from animals. This means there is no risk of transmitting disease or eliciting allergic reactions if you are sensitive to common foods, such as chicken and eggs.
Restylane is quick and easy
Restylane treatment usually fits in well with busy lifestyles, with minimal downtime, and gives results that can be seen instantly.
Restores fullness to lips
Restylane Lipp™ is specially designed to create the beautiful looking lips you desire. Whether you’d like to have softer, fuller lips – or just add a touch of volume in the lip border to give a more sculpted look – Restylane Lipp is the perfect treatment for you.

Safe and Effective Wrinkle Treatment
Radiesse is made of unique calcium-based microspheres that are suspended in a water-based gel and injected into the skin through a simple, safe, and minimally invasive procedure.
Hundreds of thousands of patients have experienced Radiesse, and thousands of physicians worldwide have been trained to provide Radiesse treatments. Through years of rigorous clinical studies and independent research, Radiesse has proven to be safe and effective. With Radiesse, you get safe, FDA-approved, clinically tested results.
How does Radiesse work?
Radiesse is gently injected into the skin in small amounts with a very fine needle. Radiesse stimulates the body to produce new collagen. This unique response provides immediate, visible improvement of folds and wrinkles, and provides long-lasting and beautiful results.
Is Radiesse safe?
In years of rigorous clinical testing and use by physicians in hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide, Radiesse has been shown to be safe and effective. In the FDA clinical studies there were virtually no allergic reactions. There may be some normal injection related occurrences, such as bruising, discomfort, swelling, or redness that typically resolve on their own.
Am I a Radiesse candidate?
You may be a Radiesse dermal filler candidate if you are beginning to notice facial wrinkles, lines, and folds. Radiesse provides immediate and long-lasting wrinkle correction.
Why "correct" wrinkles with Radiesse?
Over time, tissue volume diminishes, leaving folds and wrinkles in several common patterns, including the deepening of nasolabial folds, accentuated smile lines (sometimes called "marionette lines"). Radiesse can be injected into the skin in order to compensate for the loss of volume or to correct these areas. By stimulating the body to produce new collagen, Radiesse provides a natural look that lasts for a fresh, rested, healthy appearance that still looks like you.
How is a Radiesse treatment performed?
Radiesse is injected into the skin through a simple, safe, quick, and minimally invasive outpatient procedure. Typically administered in a physician's office with the use of a local anesthetic, Radiessse treatment requires little to no downtime, with most patients returning to normal activities almost immediately after treatment.
How soon can I expect results? How long will the results last?
The results are immediate. Radiesse continues to deliver results as it stimulates your body to produce new collagen. Results may last a year or more in many patients, which may result in fewer office visits for retreatments. Since results may vary, be sure to discuss your expectations with Dr. Cleaver.
How many treatments will I need?
Many patients will achieve their desired result after just one or two treatments. To ensure your satisfaction with the treatment, your physician might schedule a follow-up visit, where a touch up treatment might be recommended.
Are there any side effects?
Normal, injection-related reactions such as mild irritation, edema, swelling, itching, discoloration, or tenderness at the injection site may occur. These conditions typically resolve themselves within one to two days.
Could I have an allergic reaction to Radiesse?
Radiesse is biocompatible. You do not need to undergo skin allergy testing, which is common with certain animal-based or permanent filler agents, prior to treatment. However, if you believe you are having an allergic reaction to Radiesse, seek medical attention immediately.
Is Radiesse permanent?
No. Treatment results are long-lasting, but not permanent. Over time the tiny calcium-based microspheres gradually break down into calcium and phosphate ions which are safely and naturally absorbed into your body, leaving your own newly produced collagen in their place.
